About Me

A Chef for over 20 Years and a love of food and cooking even longer, I've been in the kitchen ever since I could hold a whisk in one hand and a knife in the other. Cooking has been a great pleasure for me most of my living years. It all started when my father opened a small cafe in South Carolina when I was a young lad at the ripe old age of 5.

Colwood happenings

Well a lot has been going on the last few weeks, Banquets, new hires,
upgrades, new menu plans and alot of organization. One thing I am proud of is
our new comittment to composting. It started today Aug 2 2007. We are in full
swing to being more responsible not only to our earth but to ourselves as well.
